Two limits exist and deserve to be written here rather than discovered along the way: the knowledge base is capped at 300 indexed excerpts, plus 50 per campus on the Multi-site and Network plans; and the number of campuses is the one set by your plan (1, 5 or 15). All prices exclude VAT.
There is no need. The Early Partner rate is the lowest we offer and it is for life, unlike the annual discount, which only applies to the year subscribed. You can pay monthly or annually, at the same price.
Technically yes, but the chatbot will mix up information from both campuses and give your prospects imprecise answers. The Multi-site plan keeps each school's content separate. If in doubt, talk to us before subscribing.
Not on the monthly plan: cancel whenever you like, from the dashboard, and the subscription ends at the close of the current period. The annual plan is a twelve-month subscription, which is what justifies its discount.
Any price change is announced sixty days in advance, and the Early Partner rate stays locked for the whole life of the subscription. This is written into the terms and conditions, not just on this page.
Yes. VAT is added according to your country: 20% in France, 23% in Portugal. A European business outside Portugal with a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, without VAT.
The Network plan stops at fifteen institutions. Beyond that, write to us at [email protected]: it is a bespoke arrangement, not a box on the grid.
